Jan Rutten stond op het binnenterrein tussen Nieuwkerksplein, Vest en Heerheijmansuisstraat. Op de kadastrale kaart moet hij achter het grote pand 698 bij de binnengracht gestaan hebben, kijkend naar het oosten. Verderop in de zon het uiteinde van de Kattengang. Daarbovenuit steekt een huis uit gelegen aan de Heerheijmansuisstraat, helemaal rechts een gedeelte van het Burgemeesterspoortje. Het lijkt erop alsof een van de mannen een bad neemt in de binnengracht, hmm. Ik houd het er maar op dat hij zich heeft neergevlijd in het gras aan de kant.
